LANDLORD NONCOMPLIANCE

   
When you suspect that your landlord is treating you unfairly, or that s/he is not fulfilling the duties that a landlord should fill, stop and think before you take any action (See Advice On Dealing With Landlords). Consider whether this is a serious problem or if you are expecting too much of the landlord. Talk to friends with other landlords and compare your situation with theirs.
